Jody Gale joined First Watch in 2021 prior to its IPO as the Vice President of Legal before his promotion to Senior Vice President in 2024. Previously, Jody was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for FARO Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: FARO) in Lake Mary, Florida. Prior to joining FARO, he was Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Biomet, Inc. and was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago, where he began his career. Jody graduated with honors from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio, where he was Editor in Chief of the Law Review, and also has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western.
